A spacious, bright apartment with three bedrooms, on the second floor of an elegant apartment complex. You can either use the stairs than the elevator to enter the house, from where you can see the Adriatic sea from a terrace and a lovely canal on the other. The house is not far from the vaporetto, it is therefore possible to make visits to Venice during the day. Very near the center of the Venice International Film Festival, where every year are stars of international cinema.
The entire apartment has marble floors, and is decorated in traditional Italian style with all modern amenities. central heating for the cold months and air conditioning for those hot, bathrooms with tub and shower and a washing machine; linen and towels are included in the price. In the house there is a free wi-fi network, a television, a stereo with a CD collection. The large living room is a great room for the family to relax and eat together. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, stove and microwave and has a large supply of utensils and crockery.
